Returns & Refunds Policy

We want you to love your purchase from deepinhair.com but we understand that sometimes things don’t work out. Please read our returns and refund policy carefully to ensure a smooth experience.


1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns on most items within 14 days of delivery if the item is:

  • Unused and in its original packaging
  • In the same condition as received
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Non-returnable items include:

  • Sale or clearance items (if marked final sale)

2. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please email us at help@deepinhair.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide instructions and a return shipping address.

Please do not return items without first contacting us.


3. Return Shipping Costs

  • Domestic (UK) Returns: Return shipping is at the customer’s expense unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
  • International Returns: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, customs duties, and any fees associated with international returns.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns. We cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.


4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at help@deepinhair.com with your order number and clear photos. We’ll work quickly to resolve the issue, usually by offering a replacement or full refund.


5. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email. Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 14 business days.

Please note:

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
  • Shopify may take additional time to process the refund depending on your payment method or bank.

6. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return it and place a new order for the desired product.
