3. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

- These charges are the responsibility of the customer. DeepinHair is not responsible for these fees if they are applied.
4. Order Tracking
- Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and link to follow your package’s journey.

5. Undeliverable or Refused Shipments
- If a package is refused or undeliverable due to incorrect address information provided by the customer or import duties not being paid, we are not responsible for the cost of return shipping or refunding the order.
