These Terms of Sale (“Terms”) apply to all purchases made through our website (deepinhair.com) and govern the sale of goods by deepinhair (“we”, “us”, or “our”) to the customer (“you” or “your”). By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. General Information
- We sell and ship products internationally from the United Kingdom.
- These Terms do not affect your statutory rights under UK or local consumer laws.
2. Orders
2.1 Order Acceptance
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.
2.2 Order Confirmation
Once your order is placed, you will receive an email confirming receipt. This does not constitute acceptance. Acceptance occurs once we dispatch the goods.
2.3 Changes to Orders
We are unable to make changes to an order once it has been processed or dispatched. Please contact us immediately if you believe your order contains an error.
3. Pricing and Payment
3.1 Pricing
All prices are listed in [GBP or specify currency], inclusive of UK VAT where applicable. Prices exclude shipping, duties, and other applicable charges unless stated.
3.2 International Taxes & Duties
Orders shipped outside the UK may be subject to import duties, taxes, and fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the customer’s responsibility.
3.3 Payment Methods
We accept major credit/debit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and other payment methods offered through our Shopify store. Payment must be received in full before dispatch.
4. Shipping and Delivery
Please refer to our Shipping Policy for detailed information on delivery times, costs, and international shipping restrictions.
We aim to deliver within the estimated timeframe but cannot guarantee delays outside our control, including customs clearance and international transit disruptions.
5. Returns and Refunds
Please refer to our Returns Policy for eligibility, procedures, and timelines. You may have the right to cancel your order under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations if you are located within the UK or EU.
To cancel under these regulations:
- Notify us within 14 days of receiving your order
- Return the item(s) in unused condition within 14 days of cancellation notice
Certain goods are excluded (e.g. perishable, personalised, or hygiene-sensitive products).
6. Product Descriptions and Availability
We make every effort to ensure product descriptions, pricing, and availability are accurate. However, we do not guarantee that product information or images are error-free.
In case of a material error in pricing or description, we reserve the right to cancel the order or offer an alternative.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss or damage.
- Our total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid for the product(s) in question.
Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death, personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes will be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
